Real Q - Winston Salem

Fantastic place! We were out of town on business, and stumbled upon this place for lunch. We all ordered BBQ sandwiches, and fed 3 people for under $25. The portions were great, and the iced tea was Southern as expected. I wasn't a fan of the decor, but with food THIS good, and a staff that friendly, who cares?

The BBQ here is very good. They also have a kids menu with burgers and hot dogs. I go by on Fridays or Saturdays to get their BBQ chicken. They only have it a couple days of the week, but it is my favorite item on the menu. It is near the highway 109 and Gum Tree intersection. They also have a drive up window.

Havent been here since name change food is just as good!!!

Since a change in management and employees months ago the food quality has really gone down hill. From my experiences under the new management the bar-b-que is greasy, fries and hush puppies are usually under cooked. The service is ok, but I go to a restaurant for the food and not the service.

Great staff, great menu options and food never disappoints. My family and I love eating here. We have 7 children and the bigger booths are perfect for us. Our kids also LOVE when we say that’s where we are going for dinner! Definitely recommend!
