If it wasn't for the manager, our experience would've been below sub-par. 50 minutes into our reservation only half of our party had drinks (including short glasses of water that were only brought out for a few of the guests). Only 2 of the 10 meals came out hot, and were spread out about 15-20 minutes from the first plate to last plate. Our server checked on our table once in the 2.5 hours we were there. The manager was fantastic and comped 2 appetizers per table, all of the drinks, and a couple of the meals. He made an effort to stop by the table throughout the evening, even clearing plates and bringing out drinks. We had to ask the manager for our bills after we'd been sitting for a solid 30 minutes with plates cleared since the server was nowhere to be found. A table of 8 that came at least 30 minutes after us were done eating before we'd even had our meals brought to the table.

I took my 7 year old son for a birthday dinner there, our first time dining there and third time being there overall. I will never eat there again and I will never return on a Saturday evening. Our reservation was for 6:15 pm. I also had a two year old with me and my husband. It took 30 mins to get a server (we were told the server who would have served our table didn’t show). By 7:30, our two kids received their meal. My two year old was starving and for someone who normally doesn’t ask for food, kept repeating “I’m hungry”. Can you imagine trying to keep a two year old sitting in her chair for 1.25 hours waiting around for food and a glass of milk? It was brutal. Because the kids meals come with dessert, it was equally painful waiting around for the dessert. By 8:30, waiting for two scoops of ice cream claimed as a sundae, was just ridiculous. I did mention to the manager that this was one of the worst dining experiences we have had and it was unfortunate because my kids are in bed by 8:30 pm and this now didn’t give the birthday boy time to play any games. It was a disaster. By about 7:30 pm, the dining area had cleared out many guests so it seemed very inexcusable to still take 45 mins to bring ice cream to the table. It’s too bad. The food I thought was great (fish tacos and margarita pizza) and the kids meals were cheap for what you get. But it’s just not worth poor service to eat there.

Service and eating were super good! drink the prices a little too high! overall a good experience!

We had a group of 12, our drinks came out separately with a 15 -20 minute wait each time. Most times, the waitress had forgotten a drink, which then took another 20 mins to get, and by then, everyone was ready for another drink. When we were finally able to order food, our orders came out a few plates at a time, and one of us never even got what was ordered as they didn't make it. No manager, no apologies, then they tried to charge for that meal on the bill at the end of the night. Also, the issue with gratuity being added to the bill and nothing being said. Our waitress was nice and friendly but not enough staff on working. The ones that were working were unorganized and poorly trained, bringing food to the wrong tables, asked multiple tables if they had ordered the food, then walked back over to us with what was apperently our food. We would've tipped, but it wouldn't have been what was selected on the bill, and no one would have doubled tipped. Many did as they didn't realize the tip was all ready on the bill at the time, so the waitress got a much bigger tip than what was deserved due to the terrible experience and service. We were all very disappointed all around. One positive was that the lumberjack burger tasted great.

Always a pleasure with our server Kelly! Kids had a blast as always. Food was great. Super busy on a Friday evening but we knew that coming in. Definitely will be back!
