Their current offering of Mushroom Mozzarella burgers are delicious and their fries and onion rings are also good. They open too late on Sunday mornings for breakfast so we end up going elsewhere. Sometimes the counter staff are not too hospitable. This location closes at 9:00 PM and we cannot understand why an employee has to create such a disturbing noise by rolling the noisy cleaning pail around at 7:00 PM. Not only is the moving pail an irritating noise but the employee pulls out the chairs in and out of the tables which makes an alarming, screeching sound. This procedure takes roughly 20 minutes or more.... at which time we left the premises because it was so nerve-wracking. We appreciate the effort to keep the premises clean but could it not be done later, at 8:30 pm for instance. Otherwise, it's a good place for breakfast, lunch or a snack.

Tried the return of the whistle dog. It nearly the same. Bun is disappointing, split bun from days gone by were way better. Also the wiener isn’t as good either

Just went through the drive-thru and ordered Mozza burger combo, and side chicken strips as I’m pregnant and who can decide?! The lady at the till was so nice and brought my food out to me. Everything was perfectly packaged and the food was so hot and fresh. Definitely hit the spot, though the customer service and kindness is what stood out. Went through at about 7:21. Thanks so much for the good grub and smiles.

The food that gets delivered is never as good as that when you order inhouse. French fries dried out. Also more care is needed to get the order correct. I paid extra for Onion Rings craving rings. Got dried up old fries. Got a refund but does nothing for my craving. f I had a car I would have got the order myself but i do not. It does no good to complain directly because it is very evident that nobody cares. That is why I now use social media to make others aware of what to expect . the cost of these fast food places is starting to get close to a real restaurant , while the food quality remains fast food.

We went to A W on Henderson after a round of golf. We ordered our food and drinks at the counter and waited for them to be placed on a tray there is no waitress service here. The wait for food was reasonable and the food, as we expected from A W, was quite good. Nothing special. About this visit but it met our expectations.
