First time going and I don't know who does the hiring but your staff is AMAZING! The fellow on cash is efficient, friendly, and knows his stuff forwards and backwards! Excellent service all around and great food to boot! Continued success!!

This place is the best. The food is always exactly to order, and absolutely delicious. They'll even create something special for you if you ask. All of the staff is amazing, but Alex goes above and beyond every single visit. He is super attentive to his customers and remembers little details that make you feel appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patrons. 5 stars

My family and I had a heartwarming experience at Firehouse Subs on Thursday. Despite the busy atmosphere,a kind brown kid with tattoos, went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Not only did he generously give my child a Firehouse hat, but he was also giving out hats to other kids with a smile on his face. The food was prepared quickly and was absolutely delicious. Thank you to the exceptional staff for making our visit delightful. Highly recommend this location for both excellent service and scrumptious food!

Best sub of my life! Firehouse is unbelievably fresh and delicious, the Italian was incredible as well as the New York steamer! 10/10
