Arby's - Windsor Mill

I came here and expected a good experience, I was wrong. I ordered a clubpack and a double reuben meal. I only got the package (full meal) but not the double reuben only got the frit and drink) and this is the only reason I came there at all. the drive was long and the customer service sucked. I live on the other side of the city, so I tried to call, but no one cares to answer the phone..I will never eat again at arby! thank you for taking my money and dropping to fulfill my order. smh the pack is not all that anyway

Stuck in drive through for over 20 minutes to wait for someone to say “give me one sec” and disappear for 5 minutes. This is no drive through. This is ridiculous.

Hadn't been there in a while and was quite surprised. Gteat selection. The roast beef, Reuben, fish sandwiches, gyros and jamocha shake are the answers. Prices are reasonable and it beats McDonald's and Burger King if you need a break from hamburgers.

Placement order in the drive-thru, got to the window and waited, waited and waited longer until we were notified that it would be right with us. Over hearing dude drive through window, the manager yelling for the employees to shut up, the system's down, figure it out don't do this don't do that. Finally we pay for our food, and received cold fries. I asked her first one and they said I have to wait 10 minutes! I know if I'm the manager I thought it was actually insane to pack our bags before we paid and she really does not need to be yelling at the employees like that. She made a rude comment back but I drove off so I cannot hear exactly what it was! Employees should never be disrespected or reprimanded in front of customers under any circumstance!

Beware, the Security Blvd location has the slowest drive thru ever! No nickels or pennies! Awful customer service, if you don't have change perhaps you might mentioned that at the time of order so the customer can pay with a card!! NEVER AGAIN!
