Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Windsor

The first time we came here and the food was great. they also take the food where they sit on which is great.

This Dairy Queen has a major fly infestation problem. Can easily count over 20 at the front counter. Waited well over 5 minutes to order just to be told they're no longer serving what they're still advertising all while being harassed by the flies in the restaurant.

So I decided to give them another shot. Exact same order, exact same result!!! Are you effing kidding me? Way to go DQ, you have now stolen $14.58 from me.

Great food and friendly staff. I wish there were more DQs in our area, as this one is a bit of a drive for us to get to. But that should be a testament to how good the food is that we are willing to drive the extra distance. Only problem was the bathrooms were a little dirty, but that could have been based on showing up between cleaning cycles.

This is a pretty good Dairy Queen and I most frequently do my food reviews from here as they are the closest. I do have an issue though. I ordered the pool side punch When I tried to order the pink punch Slushie from the menu, they told me it wasn?t available. Which I found to be odd because the poolside uses pink punch. When I got the poolside, it became clear why. They arent mixing pink punch and blue raspberry but putting them together in the machine. If you could just make the pink punch in this machine and mix them properly, I?d appreciate it! I do understand that with all the new items that mistakes are made and that?s why the spring and summer menu starts early. Thank you!
