Restaurant bewertenThis was my third visit to this charming pub. I had previously enjoyed the superb mussels, but this time I tried the Coronation chicken baguette. The bread was incredibly fresh, the chicken was excellent, and the chips were the best I've ever had. Well done!
A friend suggested we try out the Bold Forester, so three of us went one evening in April. The menu and specials board offered a wide selection, with generous portion sizes - so if you plan on having three courses, be prepared to be very full! The food was presented beautifully and tasted freshly made. We will definitely be returning in the future.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, I highly recommend trying the Sunday Roast as well as the weekday menu. The price per person ranges from £10 to £20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a top rating of 5.
We recently had our Christmas dinner at this restaurant with a group of over 20 people. The service and food were both fantastic and offered at a reasonable price. The staff was very attentive and it was a pleasant surprise to see a great variety of beers, including some excellent local brews from Bowman Ales like Black Drop Meon Valley Bitter. Overall, this charming country pub offers delicious food and a great selection of beers. What's not to like?
The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic, the best we have had in a long time. We have recommended it to many people. The choice of ciders could be improved. We give the food, service, and atmosphere all a rating of 5 out of 5.
