The owners of D's Roastery are amazing! They work extremely hard to offer an exceptional quality product. I love finding them on local markets too!

If you try this coffee, you don't want anything else! It ruined all the other coffee for me! Nicaragua and Mexican Chiapas are my favorites. Both are smooth, well balanced and full of taste without acidity. Nicaragua is a little lighter (medium roasts) with a nutty base and fruity top notes. The MC is a little full of chocolate and caramel. And just like a secondary note, I'm not connected to this business in any way. This is an honest assessment of the goodness of a customer who happened on them at a local trade fair.

Wow! I have a bag of D's Sumatra on the New Braunfels Farmer's Market this weekend. I have to say this is the best coffee I've had for years. Why buy this mermaid when you get local support and get a better product. I'm back!

We recently started serving freshly roasted coffee from D's Roastery at BellaVida Bed and Breakfast. D's Roastery supplies freshly roasted coffee beans to our door. Then we grind and serve it fresh for our guests. Our guests love it! We appreciate D's Roastery for Fair Trade Coffee.
