Was my first time in Great Britain and the fish and chips were absolutely amazing and delicious, thank you!

Fantastic spot! Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared, w/ no frozen, pre-breaded fish or frozen fries. Everything is prepared in the shop traditionally and you can taste it. The owner was very friendly and patient, even though it was our first time there and we had kids. She sent them off with treats and the whole experience was great and very reasonably priced. We'll most definitely be back!

Ordered fish, chips, peas and a battered sausage for tonight’s tea at 6pm giving estimated time of 6:45 pick up. When my husband arrived back home with it and we unwrapped it I was so very disappointed. The usual bubbly batter was thick and doughy and the chips were overdone and had to be picked through. Ate the fish but left the batter and at least half the chips. First time we’ve had it like this and as it’s not cheap for having a chippy these days we feel really let down.
