Restaurant bewertenOrdered two french onion soups, extra cheese.Almost no cheese and no croutons. Like, there was no way that amount of cheese could be mistaken for a lot. Or even a normal amount. It was like maybe a teaspoon worth.
Terrific service and atmosphere. The food is typical Panera food but these people make it very well. ?Vegetarian options: Lots of salads and a few vegetarian sandwiches. There are a few vegetarian soups like the tomato soup and autumn squash, but the broccoli cheddar soup is NOT vegetarian because it is made with chicken broth.Dietary restrictions: There's not many gluten free options for those who are sensitive. The warm grain bowls are gluten free and a couple of the salads are too. The broccoli cheddar mac is a very popular gluten free item but they are getting rid of it soon :
A hot freshly brewed coffee is easy to come by if you request Alex as your cashier. Alex is a highly motivated and thoughtful employee at Panera's Bread who accomadates all the customers needs. Alex turned my frown upside down and made my day. Thanks Alex B!
I have been here 6 times in a row and there has been an issue every single time. Once I got home without a sandwich I paid for, had to drive half an hour there and back home, then they billed me twice for something I only received one of but I caught it before I left, then they didn’t have the right bread for a sandwich, another time there was no dressing for the Fuji apple salad, tonight the drive through was “closed” even though I pulled up behind a car receiving a bag of food. Whoever is in charge of ordering products and managing this place evenings should be terminated. 6 tines in a row is a problem. Check your bags and your receipt before driving away. Or better yet just don’t go to this location. I don’t have issues like this at other locations ever.
