Restaurant bewertenThe employees were very welcoming, the ingredients were fresh, and my sandwiches were made exactly to my liking! I will definitely return.
I have visited this restaurant twice in the past few weeks and both times the manager, Larry, was the only person working. He was extremely professional and pleasant, and you would never know he was running the entire place by himself. The first time I went, he was cleaning tables and the floor, but still took the time to greet me and take my order with a friendly and calm attitude. When I asked if he was the only one working, he explained that he was the manager and the sole employee at the moment. During my second visit today, Larry was once again the only worker there. Despite being busy with phone-in orders, he still greeted us warmly and efficiently took our order. His dedication to excellent customer service and his impressive work ethic truly stood out to me, having worked in a customer service-oriented role for decades myself. Subway is lucky to have an employee like Larry on their team.
This review is more for the single employee working, rather than the location. Today around noon we came to this location. It was clear only one gentleman was there to help a long line of customers. He manned the whole location alone. He worked superhard, and as fast as he could to please everyone there. If I were the owner of this location, I would do everything I could tokeep this young man around. He kept a positive attitude and worked hard, in clearly a stressful situation.
I've been going to Subway a couple of times a week due to I'm tired of burgers and greasy food. I submit my order through the app and about 15 minutes later I show up and my food is ready to go. I went in one day and they were swamped. I had to wait formy sub, but the manager apologized and was sincere. that told me a lot about the store. I will continue to order my subs fromthem. Great work Subway team!
I recently visited Subway after not going for years and craving a sub. The first night I went, the oven was down so I returned the next day and had a decent sub. However, on my next visit a week later, the staff seemed disinterested and took a while to acknowledge me. The employee who eventually helped me had an attitude and informed me that the card machine was down. I agreed to pay with cash and he went to get another staff member to make my sandwich, which felt awkward but the sub was still decent. Unfortunately, on a few occasions, the oven was down or the restaurant was closed due to staff shortages. I suggested that Subway should consider training their staff like Chick-fil-A does, as they handle high volumes of customers with competent employees. Perhaps offering better wages to attract higher quality employees would help improve the customer experience, as many of the employees at Subway seem unenthusiastic about their job.
