Restaurant bewertenI initially had a negative experience at the restaurant, leading me to not finish my meal and leave a one-star review. However, one of the owners of the establishment personally reached out to apologize for my experience and invited me to return. They provided me with gift cards as a gesture of goodwill towards their restaurant, products, and staff for my next visit. It's rare to find such excellent customer service and dedication to the quality of their food, but this specific Outback location has managed to restore it. I want to thank Elizabeth for her efforts in ensuring the high quality of the food served at the Wilmington NC franchise. On the other hand, I had a disappointing experience at another Outback location in which I couldn't even finish my lunch. The manager informed us that they were using lower quality ingredients despite charging higher prices. This lack of care for product quality is unacceptable and will likely deter me from returning to that specific Outback. It is crucial for the management to address these concerns and prioritize the quality of their food. The manager's lack of awareness and only offering to remove the meal from the bill does not bode well for the future success of the business. It might be beneficial for them to reevaluate their business model.
Great food and drinks. Server was good, but the kitchen was slow. Nice and clean on the inside.
Excellent service as always. For the first time at Wilmington Outback. My waitress was Pamela who went beyond and beyond (without being asked something special) to make my experience extra nice.
We went out for my sister's last birthday. We sat at a perfect location, from our great hostesses. Our server was exceptional, so a justified scream after Sage. He leaned to the bar and our table never lacked a beat. I love the berries he brought me. Thank you for your hard work, we come back and eat again soon. Keep the wonderful work! Let me also add, Spirit Flowers Ranch, it is by far my favorite!
My friend and I had eaten at this location over a year ago and the service was horrible. The manager was rude. We didn’t intend to return. We received a gift card this past Christmas so we decided to use it. On 06/05/2022 we went to try it again and so glad we did. The place looked great and our server/ waiter was “Sage”. He was attentive, very precessional and went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. This experience was definitely 5 star!!! Sage was just outstanding!!!!!!!! We will be back and request to be seated in his area.
