It can be frustrating when waiting in line behind cars that are picking up orders for delivery, as these orders are often small and can lead to a loss of time and money for drivers. It would be helpful if the owners could come up with a system to streamline the process, such as a designated pickup window or a sign indicating a faster way to handle Doordash orders. There is also a note section in the app for companies to communicate with drivers, so instructions for handling deliveries could be provided there. It would be beneficial for employees to check with cars in line to see if they are picking up Doordash orders, and for customers to be informed that their order may be affected by waiting in line. Overall, this is a great restaurant in a good location with excellent employees, but improvements to the Doordash delivery process could greatly enhance the customer experience and increase revenue for the business.
