Eating was hot and fresh and punctual because of manager Tim. I tried to order pizzas for a lunch, but I had a wrong communication on the phone. I called back to discuss this with a manager... Tim answered, was very nice and thoughtful of my feelings. He took my order with Gusto and real concern for my customer satisfaction. We picked up or ordered the day of the event... Perfect service. Hot pizza. Lunch was a success! Thanks Manager Tim.
On Patrice! I hope I wrote her name right! She was a real leader in the kitchen. We observed their calm handling of lazy workers with grace and elegance. She's proud of every arena where she finds herself. She blessed us more than she knows. Our daughter and my husband both had an emotional day and they really touched us. Thank you more than you know! Food was hot and tasty too!
By car thru, ordered a pizza and a bread stick. The food was good. The employee told us the waiting period was 25 minutes. It actually took bout 45 and the order was wrong.
We love Little Caesars. It 's a go to for our kids! This new location, is honestly terrible though. Before reviewing, I gave it 3 good chances. Each time our pizza hasnt been good or the same as it use to be at the old location.. and for the price increase I expect it to at least be the same as it 's always been. This location is so slow as well. They quote 20 minutes, but you better give it 30 some. I 've waited each time on my pizzas. And the worst part is how unfriendly the staff is. I understand the cashiers aren 't making the pizzas, but I 'd appreciate an It 's taking longer than expected for your pizzas. We will have it out as soon as we can or something! Instead they 've been like speechless robots, expecting me to just understand assume they 're so untimely. Anyways, we have been so disappointed in the new locations have felt like all 3 times, our money was flushed down the drain. I hope they can get it together before they lose accountable customers.
