Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

First time ever at a Popeye?s. Really looking forward to it but was disappointed. The chicken and fries were both only slightly warm and the chicken was not all that tender. The biscuit was great and so was the sweet heat sauce.

Enjoyed two of the chicken sandwiches with fries and a small drink. The meat was crispy yet moist. The bun was perfect and the layer of pickles provided an extra satisfying crunch. There was a bit of a lunch crowd but the staff handled it mostefficiently. The manager on the shift took care of the two order discrepancies I observed with the utmost care andprofessionalism. Cannot wait to try different items from the menu.

The place was jam packed, but the staff did a phenomenal job handling the rush! The food is fantastic, staff is friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Will be one of my regular stops!

The service is amazing here! Unlike other fast food chains where the person who takes your order sounds like they hate their job and life, the people who work here are courteous and very patient! When or if there?s a problem they make it right. I rarelywrite reviews (ever) but had to pay a compliment to a worker the other day. He asked if I would be willing to write a review andI took the time from my crazy day to do so- the young man deserves all the credit! Go here because? The FOOD is awesome ThePEOPLE are awesome The WAY YOU ARE TREATED is awesome! These people actually care about what they do and how they speak topeople and in my book that goes a long way these days!

The place was immaculate everywhere I looked. Dining room, restrooms, kitchen. Very impressed at how hard the staff works to keep this place clean! The folks behind the counter were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a nice breath of fresh airfor walking into a fast food establishment. The management team did a great job on getting this staff to provide a clean placeand to put the guests first!
