Harvest Moon - Williamsport

What a great find. So many things to choose, breakfast served all day. Hubby had peach Bourbon shrimp Tacos and they were wonderful. Waiting staff was very friendly and reviews were on site. Definitely worth a visit!!

Their food is good. I didn 't pay as much attention as I usually do when out at a restaurant to my meal. I was enjoying a lovely sister day. That is... until cake arrived. I have a particular fondness and preference for chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. Look at the picture of this piece of cake. They do Not fool around. It was moist. It was delicious. The icing wasn 't 'too ' sweet. Yet, had that fantastic mouth feel of peanut butter. You don 't know me. But, I love food. I am not telling a story when I admit I had to take half my piece home for later. I also do try to balance the bad foods with the good foods. In this instance, I knew I 'd have competition for the remainder of the piece once home. I ordered a second piece to share with the family! I promise to review their actual food when I go next time. This time, the cake was Not a Lie. Xoxo

My friend and I stopped here for some all you can eat Chicken Waffles on our road trip from Ontario. Chicken waffles is not something we ever see in Canada? so we wanted to try it! It was fantastic! Good comfort food. The fries were also surprisingly good some of the best I?ve ever had. And that was on my second plate.

Service was good and friendly. Place was clean and was somewhat busy... but thats where it ends... Pancake special was pretty basic. Chili tasted watered down. Shrimp tacos had nice sized shrimp, but was extremely messy to eat... you can see all the sauce on the bottom of the plate , so by the time you got to the second or third taco , it was falling apart. Onion rings tasted as if it was not fried in a hot enough oil. They were not crunchy and were very oily. Frozen not fresh. Sweet potatoe fries were good, but they were previously frozen so nothing special. Fried chicken was crispy but tasteless! The leg and thigh were juicy, the breast on the other hand was extremely dry from being over cpoked or sitting in a warmer too long. Nothing here to make me want to come back.

Inexpensive food, made clearly from scratch. Big menu and fast efficient service. Nice to see a family owned business doing well. I should probably mention the food is delicious as well! : Fried pickle chips were spot on, and the coconut custard pie was to die for. Place was super duper clean as well.
