Paul's Deli Neighborhood - Williamsburg

We're here on Saturday afternoon. We have a nice place fast for our party of 8 with children. The server did a pretty good job, but several of our foods and drinks or burned, missing items, cold or badly tasted. The price was far too high for quality. I appreciate that they took money from our bill for the burnt pizza and made us a new one. We probably won't eat here until things change.

The atmosphere was high on our first arrival. The bartender took our drink order as if he had harassed her (we went to the bar while we waited for our table). I think our server was in training as it was accompanied by another employee. She was attentive and made an excellent job. She made sure that she correctly wrote up our orders, refilled our drinks as they were low and checked if we needed anything. Two of our three meals came to Lukewarm after a long wait. The Pommes seemed to sit away from a warmer. Some items in the menu have been recommended by someone who visits this facility. When it comes to me, we will not return.

Our drinks were delicious and the food was delicious. We had a very helpful waitress who knew the menu! We ordered the three way cheese and the chicken phillie.

Food was great, service was great. made me feel like family.

Neighborhood spot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drinks were tasty, food came to table hot, seasoned well and good portions. I would go back. A little dark but it was seriously hot so that with the portable ACs helped tremendously
