Mcdonald's - Willcox

Let me just say my engagement and I had a terrible night. our car wouldn't start and we waited until 7 o'clock to get the car dragged, but only to be left behind. this special mcdonald’s was next to the loading where we were left. we used the rest room and brought us together. everyone was polite and spoke very friendly. we were about 11 hours in and out of the restaurant. no one looked at us as if we were insulting them because of the entry and exit (they keep it cold). as it comes later into the day I cry because I don't know what to do. a woman (assistant) went to us and asked if we were in order and I wept even harder and my engagement to say them. her young, this lady gave us food, which I couldn't eat, because I was sick to think of a way home. she contacted someone she knew she gave us a ride to the next place that would not be poor and invite us. I heard someone else ask if there's something he could do. I felt a little better to know that there are people in the world who are really real and friendly. I hope we'll cross again with her and the young man. blessings, thanks to you so muchstill has not managed to go home yet 24 hours no place.

The drive thru is so much fun. the girl that helped us was creepy. we had so much fun laughing at our back while waiting for our drinks.

Was not bad at all. read the other reviews while waiting for my food that didn't take any time at all. the restroom was super clean and it was cold. not too bad inside and they had great service and really attention while I ordered at kiosk

These mcdonalds goes out of him 's way to undermine the meaning of the service that mcdonalds corporate tries to define as its standard. when they go to this restaurant, they do not expect table service through the mcdonalds app to mean that they bring their order on their table as the app says they will. this location is absolutely not interested in providing customer service at any level, and cannot be disturbed to either clean tables or the beverage station. if they order a cheeseburger, they can expect that half of the cheese slice will not touch the burger or the bungalow because this location 't can be harassed to keep half a second mcdonalds quality standards and keep everything within the bungalow. they can say they throw only old, stale, cold meat and be on a stile back without any consideration of quality at all. these are the worst mcdonalds I have ever met and believe that it was probably an isolated incident, I visited him several times in the last month. every time, without failing, the service and quality was absolutely under the touch. I actually got hot food in total two times while I was here more paint than I should. but it is a small town, with limited options, and they know it and proud to be the last resort and obviously have no intention to take some kind of proud of their work. the owner of this restaurant is clearly not involved and is not interested in obtaining mcdonalds quality standards that define how franchises should be held detectable. I will report this location and its owners to corporate. what a shame. if I wanted a hamburger with cheese on the side, I went to burger king.

Staff was friendly, food was fine, however the dining area was filthy with dirty tables and floors. The restroom needed severely cleaned and scrubbed from top to bottom, not to mention the reek of an overflowing garbage can full of dirty diapers!
