Restaurant bewertenStaff is always very friendly and they seem like they really enjoy their job. They always make me laugh in a good way when I order. The only issue is that the parking lot is falling apart. They finally filled in the giant pothole the size of a small crater.
Unbelievably slow service. App order indicated 2 drinks would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived, went inside to sit down, and waited another 20+ minutes before getting two ice drinks!! It 's like nobody else exists unless you 're at the drive thru. ON TOP OF THAT, 2 medium ice drinks (Dragon Fruit Matcha latte) filled with ice to the brim, even though we indicated Less ice when placing the order, were the cost of a meal at any sit down restaurant! I 'll stick with DD.
We waited in line for 20 mins. Just to get to order and they had no carmel they said. You think with gas prices. They would put a sign out front letting you know. Also we love carmel ribbon Frappuccino's and lately the lines here just have been terribly long.
As much as I enjoy the drinks from Starbucks. The workers there are absolutely atrocious and rude. You should not be judging and making fun of customers ESPECIALLY when you have the drive thru window open. Definitely would not recommend coming here.
Was finally able to get near this place, so we hopped behind the 3 cars in the drive thru (there is usually a line out into the main driving area that makes going here rather unattractive and inconvenient). I love a peppermint hot chocolate and ordered a large (never remember the Starbucks terms) and ended up with what I guess is their medium/grande size... certainly not the large/venti I was expecting. The drink was good as it usually is, but I was bummed I wasted my time in line for just the medium. As I pulled out, there was the normal 10 car line up. And parking here to run in is not easily accessible, so I enjoyed my medium and expect I'll never visit this busy location again.
