Red Lobster - Wilkes-Barre

We had a great evening! Our server Ms. Emily was an absolute pleasure and put up with our quirky demeanor with a smile and was very much appreciated. Our hostess Kylie is an asset to your team, with knowledge and aiding us in the debate of Sébastien from The Little Mermaid being a crab with a Jamaican accent and not indeed, a lobster. We knew that but my husband still has questions. Also, big shout out to Uncle Tony for abandoning me to go full time for y'all. Due to the amazing service all around, he is forgiven. For now. The personal was friendly. no waiting time. the waitress ordered us immediately. Eat should die. space was clean. kind of not complaining.

Visit here on the 11-14-2022 My daughter wanted to come here for the 15th birthday. There was a waiter here under the name Sheena/ Shaina Sorry if I ignored her name she ensured that my daughter had a really great experience here, very patient, quiet, great customer service, just made our experience a really good one. I really appreciate her efforts for my daughter on her day. Thank you.

Strangely slow, visited twice last month, both times it took 25-30 minutes until the server came back to sit, just to take our drinks order, but the drinks came back immediately. After we waited another 20 minutes for the server to return for our food order, we asked for more napkins, and while the food lasted about 20 minutes (now quickly taking into account the order), but did not get these napkins until we were ready to pay? The restaurant was not particularly busy at both times, we sat immediately and it seemed only 1 of all 5 tables occupied.

We usually go here once a month for date night. went there on Saturday it was slow for a Saturday night not waiting. we get fed up the seafood stuffed, hair on the plate, we keep it quiet because the server was barley seemed attentive as if we were a more disturbing. they brought out a lobster with two sides. Worst food ever, lobster was so tiny that we paid 60 for a lobster that is not enough to even feed you! We paid, next time? I'm going to the red crab.
