Dunkin' - Wilkes-Barre

The bagel sandwich was cold and stale, accompanied by a serving of three cold hashbrowns. Improvements are needed.

Your restaurant, Dunkin' Donuts, has run out of all varieties of donuts in every location in the Wilkes-Barre area except for two. This is disappointing and unacceptable.

The staff at this restaurant were impolite, the sandwiches were below average, and the management was deceitful. I recommend going to Curry Donuts instead, where you will receive a free donut with a large coffee and the staff are much more pleasant.

I ordered a bottle of water and a gift card. All went well and the employee that helped me was very pleasant. This location is drive-thru onlyFood: 5/5

It is WAY past time to open your inside dining! If most businesses are up and running (inside), you can too. People enjoy sitting in coffee shops. You've had more tan enough time to recoup from covid days. Get with it!
