Chili's Grill - Wilkes-Barre

The food was good, but the restaurant was not clean at all. When we walked in, there were at least 4 tables around us that weren't cleaned for almost the entire time we were there. Our table was never wiped down and most of the staff were sitting around.

Service was very disappointing server didn’t care to bring the right food and drinks food chip were all full of oil and felt like plastic and printed paper

Went here for the free Veterans meal. If their purpose is to never have us return, they succeeded. Food was edible, but barely. Service was terrible. I literally watched the waitress go to the table next to mine 4 times before coming back to mine. My 3 year old wanted ice cream, so I asked for a dessert menu, even though she was trying to offer me the check. 20 minutes later she finally returned asking if I wanted dessert. I got the check and left. Wont make the mistake of going there again.

My family hasn’t been here in over a year due to our last visit being unpleasant. While our waitress was very kind and did all she could to try to make our visit better, it wasn’t enough. When seated, we waited a full 10 minutes before having our drinks ordered due to miscommunication about a staff member leaving. After our food and drinks were ordered, we waited. Unfortunately, we were seated at a table under a vent. And while it has nothing to do with the food or service, it was unbearably cold to the point where one member of my party order a hot beverage just to keep warm. When our food arrived, we were not pleased. Two members of our party ordered fajita’s and never received our tortillas to make them with until we asked our waitress nearly ten minutes after our food was delivered. The rice that came with our meals was also cold and dry, like it has been cooked a while before. Another member of our parties food was awful as well, claiming the chicken they got was dry and their ribs were fatty. We are not the type of people to typically complain about food, and paid without saying anything to management. However, to anyone considering dinning here, I would totally say SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere.

Our server Jake was great and gave us great service!!! The 2 burgers we ordered were burnt. My son's steak had to be sent back 4 times until it was cooked, then it came back burnt. Which the steak was not even edible, but cost 20$ to go into the trash. Needless to say I had to take him to 5guys burgers and fries for dinner so he could eat. I do not recommend this place if you want to eat any good food... McDonald's or burger king has better quality food.
