Morrisons Cafe - Wick

Absolutely terrible, tried last month and was terrible, tried again this month and was even worse . Last time staff were alright this time very surly., Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What a terrible breakfast. Stone cold, egg hard and rubbery. Had to use the hot water to wash our cups, cutlery filthy, tea pots filthy, drinks station filthy. Not very busy but waited over half an hour. Tables piled high with plates that needed collecting. Waitress servings food over dirty plates then walking off with an empty tray. Who is in charge, is anyone even in charge. Needs shutting down and given a good clean and staff trained We will never eat here again and I will be putting the word out about just how bad this place is.

This breakfast was awful. It was cold and by the time it was served...½ hour after ordering.. our tea was cold. They weren't busy as we were the only people there.Admittedly the waitress gave us another pot. Around the drinks area was not clean at all . The tables all needed a wipe also. No serviettes and no cutlery .I was surprised at all this deterioration as we used to come here regularly and it was very nice. Parking: Great spaces Service: Dine in

No clean cups or cutlery. Tea pots are very stained, generally dirty including the empty cutlery pots. The management and team walk around with their headsets on doing nothing. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
