Mcdonald's - Wichita

The food is consistently fantastic every time I visit.

The burgers and fries were extremely cold and unappetizing. The fish filet tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours and was also cold.

This is the 2nd time I have paid for extra sauce and not received any. I realize that yall are busy, but I have nuggets with no sauce when I shouldve had 4!

The people worked inside, no one running drive thru, tried to call as I did türdash and was there to get a command, hanged them without even talking to me. all this happened after I wait 45 years old that someone did his job from 11.00 clock. I have also seen several times that the employees in this particular mcdonalds are all out on a smoke break late in the night with customers in the car thru. They are not open 24 hours, but open up to the 3rd layer where they either turn off all the lights and do not work or do not work outside. go literally to other mcdonalds in wichita if they want to eat late night

Fast service at the drive thru. everything was as usual delicious. the customer service was excellent.
