Mcdonald's - Wichita Falls

This is the best restaurant in town! The atmosphere is lovely, and the leadership team is exceptional.

I had a great experience with the manager, Marla, at this McDonald's location. I encountered an issue where I was charged for 4 extra breakfast burritos when I only wanted 2, and I received a sausage McGriddle instead of the bacon McGriddle I ordered. Despite the mix-up, when I called to address the problem, Marla handled it beautifully. She was professional, courteous, and sincerely apologetic about the errors. Marla promptly offered to refund me for the extra burritos and agreed to remake my desired sandwich at no additional cost. When I returned, she fulfilled her promise. Mistakes happen, and it's all about how they're resolved that matters. Marla truly exceeded my expectations, and I commend McDonald's for having such a fantastic leader on their team.

When we turned in, the line for the drive thru was crazy backed up, but we decided to stop anyway. I must say, the employees did an amazing job of moving there line quickly and efficiently while maintaining exemplary customer service! Great job!!
