Restaurant bewertenOur dining experience was extremely disappointing. The food was cold and unappetizing. The rice and beans were overly salty, and the meat had no flavor at all. The red sauce on the enchiladas was particularly terrible. It tasted like it hadn’t been properly prepared for the dish, making the whole meal feel like a waste. My aunt was embarrassed by the situation, especially since we had always held this place in high regard. To make matters worse, the waitress was quite rude and seemed more interested in rushing us out to close up than ensuring we had a good meal. I used to enjoy eating here many years ago, but I’m sad to say I won’t be returning.
Terribly rude service. The meat was tough and the tortillas were burnt and inedible. The woman taking orders was just outright disrespectful. I'm done with this place; it used to be acceptable.
I understand that there may not be many great tables available, but we were willing to split our party between two tables instead. It's not difficult to accommodate that when it's an option, and there were tables available all around us. We waited an hour just to be seated, and even after that, we had to wait for a server to attend to us. Given how highly recommended this restaurant was, I found the experience to be disappointing and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend coming here—the service was terrible.
Excellent guisada de res. Tender beef chunks with perfect spice. The tortillas are amazing.
I was about to starve to death, then I ordered El Norteno and was saved from the brink of death.
