What a treat! This place is fantastic. Everything I’ve tried is top notch. The service is great too!

High end long established steak house in Wichita. Excellent fare:steaks, seafood, pasta. Service was spot on, save for my forgotten salad.

I don’t eat a lot of meat but my friend insisted I have the prime rib. It was prepared perfectly and the sides were delicious. I can’t say enough about the service. We ate in the bar, which had a different feel than the rest of the restaurant. A little more laid back with the same outstanding service and food, which was kind of nice.

My family and I hosted a friends and family memorial luncheon for my parents at Scotch Sirloin in the Aviation Room. Everything was just perfect. From the personalized menu's, to the excellent service and food, we could not have asked for a better experience. Hats off to Emily for helping me arrange things and doing the little things to make it a wonderful experience. If you have a need to host a group meal, this is definitely the place to do it.
