Dunkin' - Whitlock Farms

7:45am on a Sunday. Only two cars in the drive-thru and four employees. Completely ignored while we picked out our bottled drinks and decided on donuts. It was apparent that they were forcing us to use the self service kiosk. Completed order and waited when an employees finally acknowledged us and tried take our order. A couple minutes later, an employee gave us our hot item, but did not get anything else. Had to flag down an employees for our donuts/muffin.

This particular gets it right !!! The staff is pleasant
