The Bund Shanghai Cuisine - White Rock

The first time here and were not quite sure what to expect. Kellner answered all our questions. The food came fast and was delicious. Will definitely be back.

The steamed dumplings (Xiaolongbao) were very good, especially the XO sauce pig bones. Seafood Fried Rice was also a hit. We were a table of 6 people on a busy Mother's Day lunch and the service was still outstanding and attentive.

Very disappointed by this facility and its treatment of customers. We booked a few hours before dinner, and when we arrived, it was said that the restaurant was closed and the boss went home. It seemed like they cleaned up from a private function. They then told us that they no longer use OpenTable, but their website has no contact/telephone number so that we could not have booked any other way. When we contacted OpenTable, they confirmed that the statement was untrue and that Bund Shanghai was an active customer.

Everything was yummy from the Chicken Wings to our 3 Course Peking Duck. The place was nice too and all their servers were pleasant and attentive. One server though needed training in customer service, just a feedback. Nevertheless, because of our love for Chinese we will surely be back.
