Dunkin' - White Plains

The manager at this restaurant was unprofessional. I was not satisfied with my order, but the cashier was very polite and accepted my request to exchange it, and I paid the difference. However, the manager reacted with ironic laughter. When I asked her what was so funny, she responded defensively and with a bad attitude, claiming she could do whatever she wanted. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's complained to her. Additionally, my dish was served cold, but after her reaction, I chose to remain silent and didn’t mention it. They are certainly losing customers with this kind of service.

Originally, I planned to try the avocado toast with tomatoes, but I changed my mind and opted for the corn muffin instead—definitely a wise choice! The cashier reinforced my decision, pointing out that the avocado toast is more expensive and less satisfying. His encouragement made me feel even more confident in my selection. While many people stop by Dunkin' primarily for coffee, my personal favorites are their corn muffin and a cup of green tea. Additionally, I must mention that this location was impeccably clean, and there was no wait at all. Highly recommend!

The restaurant could use a little tidying up, but the customer service is excellent.

Service was very slow in here. There was a huge puddle of spilled coffee on the pick up side of the counter. Several customers notified staff while i was waiting in line. There response was, We'll get to it. There was no slip hazard sign placed or any other precautions taken. Eventually a customer asked if they could pass her some paper towels and she would get up as much as she could. They didn't come around to help her, they just watched. When she finished, there was still a mess that needed to be cleaned. I was there for atleast 10 more minutes after she had left, and they still didn't come around to clean. There were 3 employees working behind the counter.

The store was really clean and neat no flies to report the staff was really nice and helpful
