Pizza Hut - White Hall

Man was extremely friendly. My food was fresh, exactly what I ordered on time. He was the only one working that day one of the 1st of many orders he received cooked delivered one way or another was 1 person called ordered 40 pizzas. They only had 1 oven working at the time also. And only 1 person but it took care of it all with a smile.

I am very sad to say that last nights service was horrible and the stores GM was unprofessional and a complete mess! None of the staff were wearing any gloves and after waiting 1hr and 30 mins for a delivery my awesome doordash driver waited to pick up I drove to the store and was treated just as badly as he had been. The food obviously had been sitting out for a while and was not edible. The GM didn’t want to speak or come to the front of the store at all but when he did I asked would he pay for or eat this if he was me and he literally walked off saying he would not deal with me. I will not be back until this store has been dealt with. The no gloves while preparing everyone’s order was only the tip of the iceberg but I’ve said enough already. But do trust my words go see for yourself if you dare!

Pizza did not have enough cheese or toppings to cover the pizza. It was very poorly made. I tried to contact store locally and they refused to answer phones.

Horrible customer service. ...I stood at the counter five minutes before even being acknowledged (with only a look) by the guy making pizzas and a delivery driver came in and told the guy that I wanted to placed an order, he finally turned around after his name was called several times and said that I had to wait.......SMH!!Management please address to issue with your workers.

Pizza is always hot and tasty. My most recent time picking up pizza there was quite a wait and one employee in the back was complaining loudly about everything. Another coworker was trying to calm them down.
