Skybokx 109 Sports Grill - where u want

When I returned home and looked at my credit card statement I found that the waiter fraudulently added a significant tip to the bill.I called and spoke with an assistant manager yesterday who assured me I would receive a call back from the manager today after looking into the issue. I have not received a call as of yet.EDIT I have now spoken with the owner who has taken care of this issue

My stay at the adjoined hotel to SKYBOKX 109 Sports Bar Grill in Natick, MA was made even better by the incredible dining experience we had there. The food was so good that we ended up having the same dinner twice in a row! The Burrata Salad was fresh and flavorful, the Braised Pork Nachos were a delicious twist on a classic dish, and the burger was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend SKYBOKX 109 for anyone looking for great food and a fun atmosphere.Best regards,Marisa Balletti-Lavoie

Food was good, portions were decent. Costs seemed a bit higher than what I usually pay for similar items. I travel frequently throughout the Northeast. They were accommodating to serve food even though later in the evening. Service was okay, with all the positive reviews I guess I expected it to be a little better overall experience but certainly not a bad one.

When we got there, the hostess was completely overwhelmed and said they couldn't seat us because they only had 2 servers (despite the fact that we had a reservation). We spoke to someone else and did get seated. Food was just ok. Our server was very nice, but did make a few mistakes with our order. This place has no business having a $20 pp cancellation fee it's a hotel bar. We won't be back.

Great food. Hostess Ellen always accommodating. Great place for wings and watching sports.
