Restaurant bewertenThe oldest pub in Weymouth seems to be quite charming with a cozy atmosphere, especially in the winter months when you can sit next to the open log fires. Despite the lack of a fire during our visit on a warm day, the pub was still pleasant. It offers good drinks and is conveniently located in the center of Weymouth, just a short walk from the beach by the sea.
I always have a good night when I come here. Saturday night was not taken, we heard a madness tribut band. the staff was polite and efficient and there was a wonderful atmosphere of fun and laugh. we will be worth a visit
This local pub is fantastic with very friendly staff. They have a great selection of beer, with the local ale being a must-try. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. A visit to this pub is a must when in Weymouth.
I had a fantastic time with my partner and dog at this charming little pub before the fire. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with friendly staff providing great service. The home-cooked food was delicious and they had a wonderful selection of drinks, with the Gin bar being a personal favorite of mine. We will definitely be returning in the future.
This is a lovely little pub in a pedestrian area stopped for a drink and a snack for lunch. Ordered a Fish finger sandwich and comes with fries and a salad. Must say it was lovely just what we needed, the staff were first class. I gave this pub 5 stars, but if your not a dog lover do not use this place. It was busy and I counted 8 dogs all In the lower part of the pub, I'm a dog lover but it was starting to get to me with the smell of dog when I was eating my sandwich. It was a bit like battersea dogs home. Never seen so many dogs in a pub.
