The Kate Pearl Tea Room - Westminster

Very lovely tea room. Tables and area was very pretty. Food was good and teas were excellent. I had the Anniversary Tea and just had to buy some to make at home. Make sure to make reservations in advance, as they are unable to accommodate walk-ins due to their popularity.Food: 5/5

I cannot put into words how whimsical and fantastic the Kate Pearl Tea Room is. I've been here twice and it has been fantastic both times. I enjoyed the Harry Potter tea experience in October and then the Christmas Tea in December. I highly recommend you check this place out. The historic building that the Kate Pearl is operating out of is gorgeous, I enjoyed exploring all the different tea sitting rooms before and after the tea service. Plenty of cute photo ops all around.The hot and delicious scones clotted cream jam was a personal highlight and probably the best scone I've ever eaten. The soup salad course is so unique and excellent and makes other tea room experiences pale in comparison. The tower is by far the best course and my personal favorite.I cannot rave enough about the tea the most important element of any tea room) incredibly unique and exquisite all around.Definitely worth your time and money to come here and experience what I consider to be the best tea room in the country. If you're interested I highly recommend coming here and experiencing it for yourself. I've never been anywhere else that even comes close in any category.Just be aware that once you come here, no other tea room will ever be able to compete. ??

Everything we had was delicious! The seating was a bit too crowded (there was a loud large party next to us), but otherwise a nice first experience.

This was my second time coming to the Kate Pearl Tea Room and the second time blew the first time out of the water! We came to celebrate a birthday and got the royal tea experience (the most expensive option) which included an appetizer, soup, salad, sandwiches, a cold drink, desserts and a sorbet refresher which was about $34 pp. I had a summer 2022 tea called Back Porch and it was phenomenal. I'm a huge black tea fan and this one was really great! The tea room is in an old house so the floors squeak but definitely doesn't take away from the experience. The staff were also very nice, especially Ms. Ginger! I'd definitely come back time and time again.

I came for the first time for my birthday and I had such a lovely experience. The house is absolutely gorgeous and it was just such a relaxing time spent I definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a leisurely day!
