Restaurant bewertenWhat the ****? When I entered this restaurant, I was instantly flooded with memories of my high school cafeteria. The dining area is large with picnic table cleanly aligned around the entire room. You will be greeted within seconds every time you enter, and the owners always have a smile and menu ready for you. My favorite article is the Pho with rare steak. I have never been disappointed by this choice in my 6 months of regular participation. The broth is spectacular and the meat is always a fresh cut. You will get fresh mint, cilantro and bean sprouts with any order and all sauces will be provided. It is not the most beautiful place, but it is very affordable (about $5.00 for a large bowl) and great for people watching! Due to the seating style you can sit very well next to a large family or a single businessman. Most customers hold, but I had many wonderful conversations with those I sat next to in the past. This restaurant is great if you are on a budget and want to eat something delicious. It's not the best Pho I ever had, but I made a point to go back and forth because the owners are so beautiful and the Pho gives me the feeling of mothers chicken soup. Just one head up: CASH ONLY and water is $0.50 a glass.
Authentic Vietnamese food! Gratitude! Pho Rice Vermicelli, and Vermicelli with BBQ pork and shrimp were amazingly tasteful. You have beer available.
Go ahead. Fast service. Vietnamese approved. Post pandemic: as great as before. Especially if Pho 101 is accidentally closed for the New Year of the Moon.
OMG! Such an amazing PHO! Admittedly, it has been a long time since I had really authentic Vietnamese Pho from Southern California (traveled abroad in the last 10 years), but this place bleeded my mind. They offer other famous Vietnamese dishes, but this food is famous for its Ox Tail Pho. Try the court the next time you are in the area and take a lot of photos to show your friends how good it is. We drove all the way from Whittier to eat their Pho. During our second visit we ordered Fish Pho and Beef Vermicelli. Both were good, but the service this time was terrible, Pho served with an attitude. Diving is now available.
Delicious Pho soup with any kind of meat in it! I like the chicken but the men love the Oxtail! Lots of meat and very filling. My new favorite is #25, Vermicelli noodle salad with grilled shrimp on a bed of lettuce. Peanuts, cucumbers and a delicious light dressing really make it! Very casual, cash only and minimal English spoken but everyone feels welcome.
