Never pickup the phones. You write your own name on the waitlist. People cross you off the waitlist and then take others tables. No proper organization! Tables are empty for 10-20 minutes before they even call a name off the paper list. Waited 45min to an hour half. People get their receipt and just sit there for another 10-15 minutes until an employee comes. The food was trash. Enough said

Kicking crab was very frugal on the sauces. We ordered takeout and when we got home only to realize the shrimp and crawfish was not at all saucy like it used to be. The seafood were good but wished they poured in alot more juice into the bag. The garlic noodles was plain and not flavored enough. They did add alot of garlic but still lacks alot of flavor.

One of the rudest service EVER. Pls find new staffs or supervise your employees. Thank you. We don't eat for free and they don't work for free.

Just go! You won’t be disappointed.The atmosphere is fun and inviting. I especially liked that there are sinks just outside of the restrooms for easy cleaning —so convenient! ??We got everything in Cajun medium which was perfect. You get the heat without it being too overpowering. Our hands were covered so we didn’t want to have to wipe our noses. It was seriously so good. ?One pound of snow crab was perfect for me. The sauce was so good I just soaked it all up. Shrimp is available without the head, and the shell is sliced for easy peeling— huge plus for my hubby. The wings were excellent as well as the garlic noodles with shrimp.The service was impeccable and I highly recommend The Kickin’ Crab!

Was in L.A for my sons college graduation and this is the place they picked to meet up the first night since it’s close to their home and they said were curious about trying it out. It was a big disappointment for all especially for us coming from the south. Their prices are very high considering the ambiance, the sauce is just hot with no flavor! They need to check with someone that knows Cajun before serving “Cajun style” King Claw, Juicy crab, etc know sauces!! On top of it the service was mediocre! Wish they had picked a different place!
