5280 Burger - Westminster

We really loved 5280! We were given the menu lowdown by a man who seemed to be the owner. He let us try the jalapeño poppers which were AMAZING! We all got burgers- the Durango was great and the ring of fire was tasty too! The basket of fries were shareable between the 4 of us and they were seriously some of the best fries I’ve had. Would like to see a bit more beers on tap variety. Highly recommend and will be going back!

I loved the option to get 2 small sliders of any of the burgers to try a couple at once. The jalapeno drink I had was really good and the beer was great too. We will need to go back to try some ice cream!

Pricey? Sure. If you just want a regular old burger, go to a fast food joint or hit King Soopers and fire up the Char-Broil. These are serious gourmet burgers and if you appreciate game meat, don't miss out on having an elk burger. While they don't serve bison burgers here, they do at their downtown location. My wife and I eat low carb and, as crazy as it sounds, they will do a hefty lettuce wrap in lieu of a bun...I cheated and ate some of my son's fries because they were just that good. Service was outstanding and one of the owners was on site and engaging, but not at our table too much.

Great burger selection, they have wagyu beef options, elk, tuna, and other vegetarian options if you’re in to that sort of thing. Also, green chili quest fries are great! Bring your appetite!
