Dunkin' - Westfield

I was drinking my refresher this morning and something was floating around in it. Me and my friend took it out and it appears to be a booger.

This Dunkin' Donuts location in Westfield is the second most dependable one I know of in the area, with the other one being near the cemetery. Unfortunately, I have often received overcooked hash browns during my visits here, but the other locations tend to be better. Overall, Dunkin' Donuts is not usually a five-star experience, but I will probably return soon.

I recently visited a restaurant while I was out of town and they made my drink incorrectly. When I returned to the same restaurant in Wilbraham, they made it right this time. I am grateful for receiving the correct drink today. Thank you very much.

Some of the staff members are somewhat impolite and move at a lazy pace. When ordering a breakfast sandwich, they may haphazardly toss it onto the tray. This has been my experience at least. As they go through the drive-thru, they do not speak directly into the microphone but rather look at a screen or monitor to see the customer's face and car, all while wearing headphones to take the order.

The beautiful barista made a flower of whipped cream, on my frozen coffee!
