Maggie's Pub - West Virginia

This was an accidental, but fun, stop while looking for a liquor/wine store. The drinks were good and plentiful at a good price. Traditional dive bar feel. Decor was… Interesting and the outdoor area is a large, fenced in gravel lot with various, random odds and ends.

Great place. Not a drinker, so can't speak for what was here. But was here with some friends and it was a nice place. Nice outdoor seating, even if it was a little brisk outside.

Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. The bartender told me that I just did not like IPA. I did not like it. It was old and getting stale.

My friends and I discovered this hidden local gem and started our rafting weekend here. Laid back, great staff and robust beer selection.

Maggie's was pretty fun actually. It's super confined inside, but what it lacks inside, makes up for with the outside seating area. The outside was really open and great. There's bongos, TV, tambourine, and a friendly cat if you can get him to come to you.
