We have been ordering food from Ginger and soy for 6 years now. We have always been happy with the food. However, recently, the quality of the food has declined significantly. This is the second time that the general Tao’s chicken arrives smelling and tasting old, and like freezer. The chicken is still cold and difficult to chew. The skin is not at all crispy. The ginger beef was more or less the same. The noodles were great as always. It’s been disappointing, ordering from them. It’s a pity, since we don’t have many good Chinese restaurants in the area to choose from.
