Wendy's - West Valley City

I love the Triple meat bacon cheeseburger From Wendy's. Everything at Wendy's is so clean and the workers treat me like a human which doesn't happen alot. I'm so glad Wendy's is non-alcoholic too. Thank you Wendy's.??

Eat is good. the service is slow. they will have no one in register for 10 minutes at a time. Last visit I saw that 2 groups go because nobody commanded.

I made an order on the mobile app. the author argued with me, although I gave them all infos. I won't be back. I've never been interrupted by an almost food worker until today.

Thru was slow. but to be fair, it was top dinner 6:00 a.m. time, so it was not completely unreasonable. eating was fresh and I didn't feel rushed... could use a little more focus on the drive thru during the busy times

I typically don't have issues with this Wendy's but when I got home I found this severely under cooked hamburger. Crossing my fingers the one bite that I did take doesn't come with a side of food poisoning. Tried to go back with the proof and ask for a refund and was told I should come back tomorrow. I want my money back please.
