Very dissatisfied with there drive thru service. Driving up they had me wait several minutes before taking my order. Then having to repeat what I wanted numerous times for them to hand me the wrong order after specifically telling them what I wanted. Giving them the food back the woman at the window seems like she doesn't know what a taco supreme is, and to give me another back with the wrong order AGAIN. Then upon that I asked for sauce when they finally got it right on the third try and Theres no sauce so I had to walk in upon waiting at the counter before someone actually asked me what I needed, customer service is trash and language barrier in there is trash I will never pay another dollar at that Taco Bell again and I kept my composure and was very understanding and nice but to be honest I'm pissed the **** off. GET IT TOGETHER.
Today, was the best experience I have ever had at Taco Bell and it was all because of a great associate named Alma!!!! She was extremely sweet, polite, and patient while having a bright smile upon her face. I normally go to the TacoBell closer to my house, but because of Alma, I will drive the extra 10mins. It is worth it.
I came here and the employee didn't even welcomed us with a smile she was just staring at us. She didn't even gave me the receipt her body language was rude. Even while giving my order she just threw the bag on the table.Worst
Why is this person still working in this place? this terrible woman, the most evil person on the planet. She is very stupid and doesn't give orders. she mocks people. She works January 1. Please, fire her. it's
