Bud's Chicken Seafood - West Palm Beach

I bought the Combo fish and chicken tsarte with double frits. The Pommes seemed old. I didn't eat them. The chicken pliers were also hard. Not impressed by this meal. I should have got chickens.

Okay, where do I start!!! This is the third time at the Northlake site. I order the cashier. She repeats the order back to me and it sounds right!!!! Today one of the orders was a Shrimp Chicken Combo. I asked the checkout for dark meat and Jello as one of the sides. The cashiers give it in the computer and on the expression of my order there is clear. I wait for my order and I hear what the manager seems to be, a woman I've seen there for many years, call my correct order to one of the employees that she needed a Jello and Makkaroni salad. One of the employees collects both and sets them next to the counter where the order was prepared. The manager said to put the Jello back on the front display counter. I'm still waiting patient, now it's 20 minutes. I saw that others were packed and sent to the drive and even other customers get the food and go. Finally they call my order number and I collect my order. I didn't check my order because I saw the order was correct. I come home and to my disappointment is the order WRONG!!!! No Jello and no dark meat. As I said at the beginning, this is the third time, my order was WRONG. I'm fed and disappointed. I do not know where the problem is, but at this point it is WHOLE RESTUARANT. I will no longer visit or spend my money at ANY Buds Franchise. I will not recommend anyone to go to the Bud's restaurant and I will publish it on social media.

This place (Northlake location) has the most beautiful staff I've seen for a long time. The service was fast and the food was hot and fast. I'll be back for more.

I'll tell you you all get out of the balls! I can go to Buds at any time and order a family box from Pommes well. When I make it home, they are still hot and fresh!! I don't even need ketchup! Thank you. Get Buds for the ingenious food and excellent customer service I ALWAYS.

Best fried fish from here to New England. Shrimp and Platter also outstanding. They'll kindly package the cold sauces and coleslaw separately only if you ask. Double check the dinners if you ask to substitute side fries with anything else.
