Applebee's Grill - West Palm Beach

I went in about 10:25 or so and set a simple order for Buffalo wings. An hour later, no wings yet! I saw some people get in and out with their orders. Sure, I understand they put their order online, but I'm physical in the building. Why not appropriate? If I knew I would never get the food I ordered, I would have gone somewhere else.

Didn't get acknowledged at the front door for about 25 minutes, once sitted we asked for a high chair but the host never brought it, when asked he said there's no more available. Would of been nice to let us know. Server was great. Get more high chairs . Would love to come back but it's hard with no high chairs and kids.

Went to the West Palm location on Military Trail for a quick bite to eat. Was blown away by Chris JJ and his most excellent customer service and attention to detail. Food was delicious and we will definitely stop by again!

Applebee's is always great, and this location is no exception. Chicken wonton tacos were exceptionally fresh and tasty. The Bourbon Street chicken shrimp was phenomenal and my wife was thoroughly pleased with her salmon. Our server, Nyla, was friendly and fun. We will definitely be returning.

This lunch experience was decidedly subpar. It feels as if the staff hate their jobs. The service is slow in the worst ways. I asked for Splenda and it took 15 minutes to get. I asked for extra sauce which was delivered cold to be fair she offered to heat but at that point I was over it. I?ve been sitting here waiting for her to notice I?m finished with my meal so I can get my check for going on 10 minutes. The food was alright but could have been much better.
