It's really a shame with this place, the food is delicious but the customer service is so bad, they automatically charge you the 15% for service, which you don't receive, I mean, I don't expect attention from a fine dining restaurant but a bit of kindness or good attitude, it would be nice ?Food: 4/5

Horrible experience!!!!!!! Both girls working were extremely rude. I’ve never experienced this type of horrible service in my life!!!! I will never go back to this restaurant and will not recommend to anyone I know. You’re better off going to McDonald’sFood: 1/5

Way to long of a wait.. very few customers and took almost 1 hour to get my order. Poor table with over 5 people it took just as long and not all came at once. ?Service: 1/5

Delicious Venezuelan food! Empanadas were delicious and garlic sauce the best. This place hit the spot, if you are craving Venezuelan food.Food: 5/5

The staff offer a terrible and bad customer service over the phone, so disrespectful to treat a customer just for inquiring about the food which I was paying for plus the wait for a bread with some cheese and meat inside longer than 45 minutes so ridiculous even when clearly it was not a busy hour. It’s not the first time I got a bad experience for this place and their lack of customer service.
