The wait was way too long. There were only a few customers, yet it took almost an hour for my order to arrive. A table with more than five people experienced the same delay, and their food did not come out all at once. Service rating: 1/5.

Terrible experience! The two girls working there were incredibly rude. I've never encountered such poor service in my life! I won't be returning to this restaurant, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone. You’d be better off going to McDonald's. Food rating: 1/5.

It's unfortunate that this place has such a great menu, but the customer service is lacking. They automatically add a 15% service charge, which doesn't reflect the level of service provided. While I understand that it's not necessary to expect fine dining attention, a little kindness or a positive attitude would go a long way. Food rating: 4/5.

Delicious Venezuelan food! Empanadas were delicious and garlic sauce the best. This place hit the spot, if you are craving Venezuelan food.Food: 5/5

The staff offer a terrible and bad customer service over the phone, so disrespectful to treat a customer just for inquiring about the food which I was paying for plus the wait for a bread with some cheese and meat inside longer than 45 minutes so ridiculous even when clearly it was not a busy hour. It’s not the first time I got a bad experience for this place and their lack of customer service.
