Restaurant bewertenNice rustic, this jewel is a step back in time. Create a... a turn of the farm house from the century, embossed tin ceilings with original wooden floors. The walls are covered with vintage newspapers and have beautiful works of art by local artists. Breakfast is nice in the small room so cozy and warm. Scones and other baked pastries add the menu. Vreelands offer local eggs for breakfast and you need to try the Duck Bacon Mac cheese for lunch. I haven't had dinner yet. This is next. As I mentioned, there is a small room when you go to the larger dining area once, the first thing you counter is an enormous bar, the staff is very friendly and the place is immaculate. Vreeland Store is also proud of itself. Bed Breafast and musical entertainment on weekends.
We were in the area for a football match I wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday. This place was perfect for dinner and drinks have a place to sleep. Everyone was so friendly, the food was deliciously loved the café in the morning. As soon as we got into our room, I said that brings me back to my childhood with the Newhart Show! Very historical very clean! It was shocked in the room we had. Large bedroom, living room bathroom. Thank you for a great visit!
Great food, casual atmosphere, a real fun place. It'll be back a lot.
Another great visit to the Vreeland Store. I distracted from my usual choice of sweet and savory and tried the roasted chicken and donuts... I was blown away! Juicy savory chicken w some kind of tangy spices ... Sit under an incredibly light airy glazed donut, where easily drowned fresh natural syrup on the plate. Perfectly relaxing for a Sunday morning. My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner here exactly one year ago... We have been there many times and have gone many times since, including their harvest. One of our favorite places. Authentic, unique and taste profiles like no where else. We'll be back soon.
Such a cozy place Delicious food, good cocktails and always a friendly atmosphere. Always a pleasure to stop in....
