Mcdonald's - West Mifflin

Looking for excellent customer service? This restaurant is not the place for you. I went through the drive-through and found the girl on the speaker to be rude. When I got to the window, I was not acknowledged or greeted. I did not receive a receipt. The person at the food window did not even glance in my direction, even though I had a tip ready to give.

This is a review of McDonald's. Honestly, not expecting much. My fries were freshly made, but it took 20 minutes. The manager seemed friendly. There was a young lady wearing a bulky bubble coat, which seems unsanitary, but hey, it's McDonald's. Lol.

This McDonald?s was horrible ???? they didn?t give me my cheese burger I ordered then I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich only to get this?

I had a great experience at this McDonald's. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. I used the kiosk to place my order, and the process was fast and efficient. The staff was helpful and answered any questions I had. I ordered 40 nuggets and requested that they be made fresh. Although they weren't very hot, I didn't mention it. The children had a fun time in the play area. Overall, it was a pleasant visit.

The food was, McDonald 's . No complaints there. But this new interior decor is abysmal and depressing. The color palette is cold and sterile, fitting for the post-truth contactless society we now inhabit. Stenciled pigions on a steel grey wall? Ifthe goal was to make people NOT want to dine in, mission accomplished. It feels like a fascist 's wet dream, minimalistic andimposing. Smiles are not allowed here anymore; eat your food and get out. This isn 't your parent 's McDonald 's.
