Taco Bell - West Lucas Township

The guy on drive thru was chill but yall mfs didn’t have chicken, main lobby was closed and im out $15 cause they couldn’t make my god damn chicken quesadillas

We ordered food at 10 pm at this location and they said they were closed yet taco bell charged the card.

Wow! So i pull up to the drive-through, and i can't hear the guy at all because they're blasting rap music. Food was made ok surprisingly. Workers were very unfriendly, though. Avoid this location

Order online, choose in store pickup. Doors are locked, have to wait in drive through. Finally get up to the window, foods not ready, get asked to go wait at the front of the store. Wait another 5-10 and food finally comes out. Get home, missing multiple items from the order. The worst part is whoever owns this franchise doesn’t seem to care. There’s countless negative reviews and no response. Night crew here sucks and franchisee must as well

Incompetent staff, don’t even take modifications seriously. they get my order wrong each time regardless if i order online or in drive thru. i am vegan and the staff has always blamed me for the complexity of the order even though my only modifications are to remove cheese and sauce and occasionally add beans or rice. told them FOUR times thought the drive through window and when they got it wrong i went inside and explained to them the modifications, they didn’t even seem to care what was going on. got the food again and it was still wrong, i threw it in their garbage since it wasn’t worth my time anymore. i know review's don’t matter anymore but the genuine confusion i have for why this establishment gives zero cares about customers is just annoying.
