Restaurant bewertenCame to cafe, as have used before when service was good and food good . However on this occasion although staff where polite and helpful, i felt on this occasion service was a bit slow , ordered 2 egg and bacon baps, bacon didn't seem freshly cooked or eggs , considering length of time waiting not excessive) . Will say thourghly enjoyed my tea . Would not class cafe busy for delay . Wife was happy with her sausage, bacon and egg bap , but did agree seemed like been cooked a small while.
I go here regularly and the staff know me and the drinks are always to a consistent standard. The food is brought to my table and the drinks too.
Usualy I don't like Tescos Franchise Cafe's 9and until the other week it wa a few years since been in this Tescos Cafe) All Day Breakfast was superb and with Real Lincolnshire Sausages and as I know and love my speciality sausages like these and Tamoto this was a treat too Most (or a lot of Tescos) Cafe Food taste like cardboard as they are franchised out, but even if this one was a franchise, it is done right and with extreley polite Staff that you can not say for many tesco cafe's (Franchised or not) As I was in a rush I asked the Til Lady for Extra Milk please for my Tea 9and I always offer to pay) as there was no Sache type things or a Jug etc and she was very polite back about not paying extra this place is a credit to Tescos!!
In an empty cafe only 6 tables filled out of 30 it took 30 minutes to provide our all day breakfast. The sausages were flavourless, the eggs rubbery and the mushroom a little larger than a 50p piece yet costing 60p. Very disappointed.
Decided on breakfast after doing the grocery shopping; 3 of us ate. We had two breakfasts and one 'good for you ' breakfast. Those along with 3 pots of tea came to just over £17. Well worth it. Nice and quiet at around 10am. Polite staff and great service.
