Chick-fil-a - West Lake Hills

Of all of my years going to chick Fila I’ve never had to check my bag before pulling away from the drive thru.I was unfortunately missing my sauces this time.Can you eat fries without sauce? No.Can you eat a spicy chicken deluxe without ranch? NoI unfortunately had a 45 min drive home but was already in the horrendous 360 traffic before I realized I was missing my sauces.Still get a 5/5 because I love you 99.9% of the time.

Reasonable access, decent parking, short lines, fairly clean dining area, helpful staff, good flavor, but slightly high price for a chicken sandwich and meal.

This place is going downhill fast. I have been coming here three days a week for almost two years. The employee turnover was bad. They used to be great. Their employees have been messing up my orders. I did no get my hash brown three times. This pandemic is taking a toll on them. It seems like they had to replace their competent employees with leftovers.

Ordered 2 grilled chicken clubs. One sandwich was missing the bacon. Had to wait longer for the 2nd sandwich and it was long enough to make the first one cold.

Always insanely busy for lunch but somehow they keep the drive-through line manageable.
